Tropical at Zoomark

25.04.2013

Tropical is a widely-recognized manufacturer of animal-care products. The range includes a wide variety of foods (available in various forms) and care products for aquarium fish, pond, reptiles and amphibians as well as foods for rodents and birds (“Tropifit” brand), dogs (“TropiDog”) and cats (“TropiCat”). At Zoomark, Tropical will present a number of interesting new products, both “Tropical” and “Tropifit” branded. The offering of aquarium products has been enriched with the innovative and unique, intensively and naturally colour-enhancing “Red Mico Colour Sticks”. The specially developed shape and colour of the sticks make the food imitate the appearance of red chironomid larvae and their behaviour in water. Tropical will also present “Malawi Chips”. When working on developing these, the specific nutritional preferences of Malawi cichlids were taken into account, which resulted in the diversified composition and suitable shape of the chips. This food ensures the steady growth and development of fish, enhancing their immunity, protecting against obesity and giving more intensive colouration. The group of foods for amphibians and reptiles has been expanded to include “Axolotl Sticks”. These are a special, high-protein food in the form of sinking sticks for axolotls, the Iberian Ribbed newt, African clawed frogs and other aquatic amphibians, who feed on animal material. Due to the balanced composition of vitamins and trace elements, regular feeding with “Axolotl Sticks” ensures proper growth and development in amphibians. Apart from “TropiDog” and “TropiCat” foods, the “Tropifit” brand will release a new product for hedgehogs. “Atelerix” is a complete food with chicken and the addition of dried mealworms. Its properly balanced composition maintains hedgehogs in excellent condition and provides them with high amounts of energy. www.tropical.plHall 19 / Stand C33-D34
