Nordenia concentrates on fast-moving consumer goods

The globally active Nordenia Group is selling its business division FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) and Liners in a management buyout on 31 March 2012. The business of Nordenia Deutschland Emsdetten will be merged into EMPAC GmbH, while Nordenia Polska Starogard GD. Sp. z o.o. is now called STARPAC Sp. z o.o. The new managing partners of EMPAC GmbH are Richard Sievers and Michael Hans. Jacek Borzeszkowski remains in place as managing director of the Starogard site.
