Around 1 500 manufacturers, wholesalers and service providers from as many as 53 countries will exhibit this year at the world-leading Interzoo show. The fair will thus offer trade visitors a comprehensive overview of the global market when it opens the doors on a gross exhibition area of over 90 000 m² on 17-20 May, according to the organiser, the Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (WZF). WZF says that 46 per cent of exhibitors will be presenting products for dogs and cats and 20 per cent aquatics supplies and items for small animals and rodents. 14 per cent of the exhibitors will be presenting products for caged birds, 12 per cent will show products for pets in the garden or equestrian supplies and boutique items for the speciality trade. Around 11 per cent of the companies exhibiting will show terrarium requisites.
