Sure Flap focuses on the German-speaking countries

Sandra Zimmermann is the new Europe manager of the UK company Sure Flap, which specialises in the production of microchip-controlled cat flaps. She is expected to focus on the German-speaking countries, where the company eyes good development potential for its products. Sandra Zimmermann has been with Sure Flap for a year, having worked previously for a large German petrochemicals outfit. In appointing Becky Roberts as business development manager for the USA, the company has underlined its intention of expanding in the United States also. Becky Roberts was previously employed by the British technology firm Visual Planet. Prior to that she worked for Texas Instruments as an electronics engineer.
