In a move to further integrate into international markets, Radio Systems Corporation has acquired the assets of Australian distributor Innotek Australia, based in Queensland. Innotek has been a privately held company with exclusive Innotek and “Pet Safe” distribution in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Rim since 1995.
