Central Garden & Pet Company has new senior vice president

The Central Garden & Pet Company, producer of branded products for the lawn and garden and pet supplies market, has announced the appointment of Janet M. Brady as senior vice president, human resources. Ms Brady will report to William E. Brown, Central’s chairman and chief executive officer. Prior to her appointment at Central Garden & Pet, she was an executive at the Clorox Company, manufacturer and marketer of consumer products, from 1976 to 2003 and served as its vice president, human resources, from 1993 to 2003.
