The H.H. Backer’s 44th Annual Pet Industry Christmas Trade Show and Educational Conference in Rosemont (Chicago) attracted a total of 8 794 buyers from around 2 571 companies. It also registered a total number of 733 exhibitors and 1 216 booths.
"Our new exhibitor count was our highest since 2005”, said trade show director Colette Fairchild. “We also tried to add a little more fun with the introduction of our new Best Dressed Dog Contest, which was a big hit with attendees.” Making its debut at the show this year was the New Exhibitor Area, where first-time Backer Christmas Show exhibitors displayed a wide variety of unique and innovative products.

Backer’s 45th Annual Pet Industry Christmas Trade Show will be held on 14-16 October 2011 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont (Chicago).
