New 8,100-m²-store in the Czech Republic

On 13 July Baumax opened a new DIY store with a sales area of 8 100 m² in Tabor, bringing the number of outlets it operates in the Czech Republic to 24. As in Austria, Baumax is backing its newly developed “Four Worlds” concept in the Czech Republic too. Another new store is set to open there in November 2005 when the new branch in Znojmo, with a floor area of approx. 7 000 m², is completed. An existing store in Hradec Kralove is also being converted to the “Four Worlds” design.
