Maxi Zoo Denmark has added another city-centre location to its network, opening a store in the Copenhagen district of Vesterbro in early August. Announcing the opening on LinkedIn, the retailer described an opening day with free treats for four-legged visitors and conversations with customers ranging from food to favourite toys. It’s an interesting idea to display loose snacks outside the urban store, just like the colourful displays in a fruit and vegetable shop.
The company, headquartered in Ballerup, thanked the team behind the launch, including district manager Rama Elawad, store manager Christoffer and establishment manager Martina Lynge Wirtess. Maxi Zoo Denmark indicated that further openings are planned but gave no details on locations or timing.
