Pet Fair Asia has sold out more than a month ahead of opening, with its 28th edition set to be the largest in the show's history. Running in Shanghai from 19–23 August, the fair will span a record 320,000 m2 and host more than 2,600 exhibitors, a fifth of them international brands or their China representatives, drawn from 32 countries.
The co-located Pet Fair Supply is also expanding, adding two halls to reach 70,000 m2 and more than 900 exhibitors across ingredients, equipment, packaging and OEM services. Organisers report record online visitor registrations, pointing to the most international edition to date; free entry is available until 31 July, after which a fee of RMB 200 ($30) applies.
