Arcaplanet has announced the results of the 2025/2026 edition of a major national survey about customer satisfaction: For the third consecutive time, the Italian pet chain has received the top score in the categories pet store customer satisfaction and overall customer satisfaction.
The study surveyed 25,358 households and evaluated 348 retail chains across grocery and non-food sectors, highlighting Arcaplanet as the pet store with the most satisfied customers in Italy. The results reflect the company’s strong performance across multiple areas, including product range, trained staff, and overall brand reputation, which measures trust, perceived value, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
According to the company, key drivers of satisfaction include high-quality service from specialised staff, an extensive and diverse pet food offering, and convenient access through a dense store network. The brand’s omnichannel ecosystem ‒ featuring click&collect, mobile app services, pet-wash, in-store laundry, and loyalty programmes such as the Arcacard ‒ further strengthened engagement with pet parents, it said. Arcaplanet also aims to position itself as a comprehensive reference point for pets and their owners through increasing integration of veterinary services.
