Hill’s Pet Nutrition (Hill’s), a division of Colgate-Palmolive (CP) and global leader in science-led pet nutrition, has announced the appointment of Amalia Londono to Executive Vice President of End-to-End Supply Chain in a press statement. Londono, an experienced supply chain professional with over 25 years of experience at CP, recently transitioned into this global leadership role. She succeeds José Borrell, who has been named CP’s Executive Vice President, End-to-End Supply Chain, Latin America.
Supply chain transformation
Londono’s task at Hill’s will be leading the transformation of Hill’s global supply chain ecosystem – which includes 12 manufacturing plants around the world and dozens of warehouses and distribution centers – into a digital, resilient and sustainable network. Under Londono's leadership, the company aims to focus on leveraging state-of-the-art manufacturing locations with robust planning systems built around intelligence and synchronization to deliver uncompromising safety and quality along with superior customer experiences.

Throughout her career, Londono has held diverse roles ranging from working on the factory floor to procuring raw materials and designing complex logistics networks. She began her journey with CP at a manufacturing plant in New Jersey. Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Londono holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
