Tom&Co: Pascal Clouzard appointed chairman of the board of directors

Tom&Co Group, the Belgian leading pet retailer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pascal Clouzard as Chairman of the Board of Directors of its holding company Petserco Holding SRL, effective 1 January 2026.

Clouzard has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 2023. With more than 25 years of experience in retail, Pascal is a former CEO of Carrefour France & Spain and co-founder of the Tech For Retail trade fair. He currently serves as director at Groupe Casino and at Uvesco. He is also the Chairman of La Fourche as well as an Advisor at Kearney, at Five Seasons Ventures and at Founders Future.

Tom&Co confirms the continuity of its governance, with Board members Simone Sallustion, Gilles Vanhouwe and Thierry Le Grelle continuing to serve on the Board and remaining fully committed to the Group’s long-term strategic ambitions.

Jesper Hojer steps down from this role as Chairman, a position he has held since 2022, as he will dedicate more time to his new responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer at Jumbo Supermarkets.

Hojer said, he feels very positive about the company’s future and I wishes Tom&Co great success in their future endeavors.
