The Purina Foundation awarded 1,165,000 dollar in grants to 27 non-profit organisations in the United States during 2025. The foundation also provides financial support to non-profit organisations during times of natural disaster.

Purina believes that life is enriched by the bond between people and pets. In 2025, the Purina Foundation prioritised support for organisations and programmes that deepen the bond between people and pets and improve access to animal care and veterinary services. Notable grants include:

- Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Centre for the renovation of its Family Pet Centre.

- Watertown Humane Society in Jefferson, Wisconsin, for the construction of a new animal clinic for shelter animals and pets from the community.

- North Scott Community School District near Davenport, Iowa, for the purchase of veterinary equipment and technology for the new Regional Innovation Centre.

- Iowa Central Community College Foundation to support its veterinary training programme, which provides free veterinary care and nutritional counselling for local shelter animals in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Since 1951, the Purina Foundation, established by Nestlé Purina PetCare Company founder William H. Danforth, has been supporting charitable projects and urgent needs in the 25 cities across the United States where Purina operates.
