The Pet Sustainability Coalition (PSC) has announced the appointment of Chloe DiVita as the organisation’s first director of growth effective from 8 September. This newly created leadership role underscores PSC’s commitment to expanding its reach and accelerating impact across the pet industry.
With more than two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience — including over a decade in the pet industry — DiVita has a proven track record of driving engagement, building communities, and leading organisations through growth. According to PSC, she has launched industry-leading events, cultivated strong partnerships, and advanced sales and business development strategies that deliver measurable results.
As director of growth, DiVita will spearhead initiatives to expand PSC’s membership, boost organisational revenue, and raise industry-wide awareness of PSC’s mission and impact. She will collaborate with the leadership team to establish meaningful partnerships and deliver value to members, and ensure that PSC continues to provide innovative solutions that help companies adopt sustainable environmental and social practices.
‘Chloe’s deep industry relationships and proven success in sales, marketing and business development make her the ideal leader to accelerate PSC’s membership growth,’ said Jim Lamancusa, CEO of PSC.
She is joining PSC at a pivotal time. With over 200 member companies, PSC continues to build collaborative solutions across the pet industry supply chain to address urgent environmental and social issues, such as sustainable packaging and responsible sourcing of ingredients. The appointment of a director of growth reflects PSC’s commitment to scaling up the adoption of sustainable business practices across the industry to address the urgent need to tackle global challenges.
On a personal note, DiVita lives in Broomfield, Colorado, with her husband and their greyhound, Silka. A lifelong greyhound enthusiast, she enjoys camping, travelling, reading, and long walks with her dog.
