The newly appointed President of Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Hsu, has just today received the 2025 “Pet CEO of the Year” by the 7th Annual Pet Innovation Awards. This award is a true testament to Yvonne, and how she is redefining what it means to lead with purpose in the rapidly evolving world of pet health.

Hsu’s career journey is an example of the power of merging professional expertise with personal passion. Starting her career at Colgate-Palmolive, she gained experience across roles in marketing, innovation, and business leadership. The campaign Because You’re Only Human (BYOH) celebrates the bond between pets and their families while addressing pet parent guilt. And ActivBiome Multi-Benefit Technology: A decade of microbiome research culminated in upgraded Science Diet formulas that meet both the scientific and emotional needs of pet parents.
