Purina is launching the application phase for its Better with Pets Prize, through which the pet care brand will award up to 200 000 euros over two years to organisations and social enterprises across Europe that improve human health through the human-animal relationship.
The initiative is part of Purina's commitment to improve the health and well-being of 1 000 000 people in precarious situations by 2030 through the power of the human-animal relationship.
Previous winners come from the following areas: assistance dogs for people with physical or mental illnesses, animal-assisted therapies and support for older people through pet ownership or pet companionship.
The Purina Better with Pets Award is presented by a jury of experts. The application deadline is 12 September (23:59 CET). For further details on the application process, eligibility criteria as well as the terms and conditions, please visit: www.purina.eu/our-impact/better-with-pets
