Former footballer scores with pet food

Wellpaws, the innovative pet wellness brand founded by former Premier League footballer Neil Yadolahi, has launched a range of nutritional supplements.

Wellpaws was born out of Yadolahi's personal experience: when his family dog, Alfie, suffered from chronic joint pain in 2017, he was determined to find a solution. Seeing Alfie's improvement after taking the right supplements, he was inspired to help other pets in the UK and around the world. "Our pets are part of our family," explains the founder. "But getting them their supplements shouldn't feel like a mission impossible. That's why we've developed supplements that pets will enjoy, so they can get the nutrients they need without the drama," adds the former Irish centre-back. The vet-recommended and clinically-tested pet supplements are available online. The syrups and chews are designed to make giving supplements less of a chore.

The supplements support skin and coat health, joints, digestion, the immune system and even stress relief. Each essential formula is suitable for both dogs and cats. Under his leadership, Yadolahi's holding company has grown into an international pet supplement manufacturer, operating from its own facilities in the Netherlands, Spain and Turkey.
