Meet the experts at Anido

On 4 and 5 September, the Belgian pet trade show Anido takes place in Kortrijk. In the Meet the experts zone, visitors can attend inspirational sessions led by corporate colleagues and speakers covering trends in the pet sector, sustainability and the shopping experience. These will be accompanied by demonstrations and empirical reports.

One example of this is the presentation by Ewald Van den Auweland(Antwerp Management School) of the results of a study on sustainability conducted in tandem with the international trade fair Interzoo. PET worldwide editor Philipp Gardemin will speak about a new generation of pet product retailers in Germany that has been inspired by social media to specialise in exclusive dog and cat ranges. In his talk, Tom Dujardin (Deduco) will look at the future of communication in stores, the customer experience and the use of the latest technologies in (pet supplies) retailing. In addition, Kristof Berx of the well-known pet store Zowizoo in Kontich and Thierry Le Grelle, CEO of Tom & Co, will offer a glimpse behind the scenes at their companies.
