Organisers expect over 1 800 exhibitors

Six months in advance of the start of Interzoo 2018 in Nuremberg, more companies have already booked their stands than at the comparable point in time two years ago.
The fair organising body, the Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe GmbH (WZF) therefore expects more than 1 800 exhibitors at the world's leading pet supplies show from 8 to 11 May.
"Of the companies that have registered so far, 80 per cent are from abroad, and interest from German companies has also increased," said Hans-Jochen Büngener, chairman of the Interzoo fair committee.
The WZF has received applications for larger exhibition stands from Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Turkey in Europe and also from Asian and American exhibitors.
More applications have been received in particular from China, Hong Kong, India, Canada, Macau and South Korea.
