Happy Dog and SOS Children's Villages have joined forces in aid of children. For every pack of Happy Dog Africa that is sold, Happy Dog will donate two per cent of the purchase price to SOS Children's Villages to fund schools in Africa. Over 840. 000 euros have already been accumulated, according to the company.
A school in Rutana, Burundi is reportedly being extended at present. At the Children's Village in Kigali, Rwanda, the donations have funded the construction of a girls' boarding school and four new work rooms.
Once the work in Kigali was complete, the money went into an SOS Children's Village in Bujumbura, Burundi. Here Happy Dog funded 1.000 hot meals for children and young people every day.
