In response to a question from petonline.de, the Fressnapf pet store chain has revealed that it has relinquished its minority share in the Dutch speciality store operator Jumper. The reason given by Fressnapf for this move is that "the strategic orientation of the two companies has developed very differently in the last few years". The retail group says it intends to try out an independent market launch "at a set time and taking cost-effectiveness into account".
