Karlie Group doesn’t achieve a quorum

The Karlie Group GmbH bondholder meeting scheduled for yesterday (9 May) did not take place owing to the quorum required under the German Debenture Bond Act of 50 per cent of the outstanding bonds not being achieved. Only 37 per cent of the bonds had been registered for the meeting.
The second bondholder meeting is now scheduled for 30 May. According to Karlie Group, the invitation to this will be published in the Federal Gazette in the next few days, when the required quorum will be 25 per cent of the outstanding bonds. Karlie Group assumes that the quorum will be reached for the second bondholder meeting.
