Laroy Duvo to acquire Europet Bernina

The Belgian pet supplies specialist Laroy Duvo has signed an agreement in principle to acquire the Dutch group Europet Bernina International (EBI). This agreement will turn the Laroy Group into a global player with operations in 62 countries, a workforce of 225 people and annual sales of € 65 mio.
