Bosch Tiernahrung acquires Harrison Pet Products

The German company Bosch Tiernahrung has acquired the Canadian manufacturer Harrison Pet Products. Based in Ontario, Harrison markets the Genesis, Chicopee and Titan brands in over 35 countries worldwide.Harrison Pet Products Inc. will continue to operate as a separate standalone Canadian company. Former vice-president Holly Morrell will remain with the company as international managing director, working with the existing distribution network. Morrell is looking forward to strong growth within those countries with the added marketing and promotional strength of Bosch Tiernahrung as well as with the addition of new products and new segments. The Canadian recipes will be continued with the added benefit of the strong scientific and technical expertise of Bosch Tiernahrung.
