New CEO of Spectrum Brands Holding

Dr Andreas Rouvé has been appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of Spectrum Brands Holding. He succeeds Dave Lumley, who recently announced his departure from the company.Dr Rouvé joined Spectrum Brands as chief financial officer in 2002. From 2007 onwards he served as senior vice president and managing director of the European battery and body care business of Spectrum Brands. During this period he also oversaw the European integration of the home appliances and pet supplies divisions in 2010 to 2011. He served as international president from January 2013 up to his appointment as COO in February 2014.
