Dr Angelika Westerwelle leaves the company due to “different perceptions of the corporate strategy”

The Karlie Group, which belongs to the holding company Perusa, has a new managing director. Dr Angelika Westerwelle, who is leaving the company due to different perceptions of the corporate strategy, will be succeeded by Dr Michael Perlitz. Erwin van Tendeloo has been appointed chairman of the advisory board. At the same time, Perusa is buying Karlie Group bonds to the value of € 3 mio at a rate above the average market price of the bond in the last few weeks.
