Heinz Dennerle, founder of the German aquatics company Dennerle, passed away on 14 December

Heinz Dennerle, the founder of Dennerle, passed away on Saturday 14 December. The 64-year-old stepped down from the operational side of the business a year ago for health reasons and handed his official roles over to Peter Koch.
Since establishing the traditional Palatinate company in 1966, Dennerle steadily expanded it with his brother Ludwig, who died in 2006. According to managing director Peter Koch, he was still involved in an advisory capacity in the company after stepping down from his active role in the business. Heinz Dennerle remained close to the company and its employees to the last, even participating in the Christmas party with the team on the Friday evening prior to his death.
