Good response to Interzoo

According to the organiser, the Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (WZF), Interzoo has had an excellent response from exhibitors. Around 1 150 companies have reserved their stand for the world-leading pet supplies trade show, which runs from 29 May to 1 June 2014. The WZF says that 78 per cent of the exhibitors who have registered to date come from abroad, while 20 per cent are first-time exhibitors. Ten halls have already sold out; a limited number of free stands remain in hall 3 and in the new hall 3A.
In Europe, applications for larger stand areas have been received primarily from Spain, France, Belgium, the UK and Italy. Further afield, the show is seeing stronger participation in particular by companies from the USA and Asia. Other countries will be represented on larger joint stands. These include Brazil, China, the UK, Hong Kong, Canada, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and the USA.
