The German aquatics company Dennerle is revamping its online offering. A redesigned website is to be launched in a few weeks, which should provide consumers with a simpler route to finding relevant information. The company’s presence on social media sites is also to be expanded. “In future we will be focusing more strongly on interaction with fans of our brand,” explains marketing head Ulrich Gaida. Dennerle considers communication with these to be very important: “Only thus do we know what consumers like and what could be improved,” says the marketing expert. Outside experts are also to be involved more in communicating the brand.
