New appointments at Petland

The pet retail chain Petland has announced the appointments of Steve Huggins to vice president of operations and Lisa Johnson to vice president of finance. Both will report directly to Joe Watson, the president and CEO. According to the company, Steve Huggins will continue to oversee Petland’s corporate stores and retail operations and will also facilitate new franchise development candidate activity. He has been employed by Petland since 1992. Prior to his recent appointment, he was director of operations. Lisa Johnson has served in various accounting positions at Petland since joining the company in April 1989. She will continue to provide leadership to Petland’s corporate accounting and finance group. She has been Petland’s director of finance since October 2008.
