Petmate acquires two companies

The Texas-based company Petmate has acquired pet products giant JW Pet Co. Inc. and the smaller manufacturer Canine Hardware. JW Pet, based in Teterboro/USA, makes a range of products for dogs, cats, birds, fish and small animals. Canine Hardware of Seattle/USA is noted for its line of fetch games.
