New chief executive at UK’s Pet Care Trade Association

The Pet Care Trade Association (PCTA) has announced the appointment of Nigel Baker as the new chief executive of the association and the Pet Care Trust. He comes to the PCTA with more than 30 years’ experience in the pet trade and brings considerable commercial experience from the senior positions he has held in pet food manufacturing and supplier companies. Most recently, he has acted as a consultant to a number of businesses, advising them on a range of issues to help them develop commercially. Nigel Baker will take up the role on 3 December.
