The Central Garden & Pet Company has announced that the company intends to establish a new shared services centre in Boise, Idaho. The centre will provide transactional processing services for the company's U.S. operations. The centre will begin phasing in operations in June and is expected to be completely staffed within eighteen to twenty-four months.
