Industry attended the Pet Industry Awards dinner at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, hosted by Paul Miley, managing director of Burgess Petcare and board director of the event organiser, the Pet Care Trade Association. “We would like to congratulate all the award winners, who are each achieving great things in this highly competitive industry,” said Janet Nunn, chief executive of the Pet Care Trade Association. Victory was especially sweet for 3C’s Boarding Cattery in Camberley, winners of the Animal Boarding Establishment category. Owner Colin Williamson also received the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his 53 years’ commitment and dedication to the pet trade.
