Independent pet retailers have voted “Sureflap”, a multi-format microchip-operated cat flap, as “PPRA Best Product of the Year” and “Best Cat Product” at the PATS Retailers’ Choice Awards. Diana Truman, executive secretary/branch administrator of the Pet Product Retail Association (PPRA), presented Judith Bank, SureFlap marketing manager, with the awards at the PATS show.
