Backer Spring Show returns to Atlantic City

A change of venue, a new midweek format, the return of major manufacturers and distributors and a chance to win up to $10,000 in cash and a new Mercedes are all in store for H.H. Backer’s 23rd Annual Pet Industry Spring Trade Show, which will take place from 13 to 15 April at the Atlantic City Convention Center. According to the organiser, after three years in Baltimore, both buyers and exhibitors voted for a return to Atlantic City in a survey conducted by H.H. Backer Associates last May. The show has also moved to a Wednesday to Friday format, offering hotel rates of less than $100 per night at several headquarter hotels. As Backer’s trade show director Colette Fairchild stresses, several major distributors and manufacturers, including Royal Pet Supplies, Rolf C. Hagen, United Pet Group, Eheim and Seachem Laboratories, have returned to the show.
