Grade “A” for GA

GA Pet Food Partners, a large premium private label in the UK, has retained the Grade “A” Certification of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety. It is used by certification bodies worldwide and is recognised as the benchmark for best practice in the manufacturing and retail supply chain. The company states that GA was particularly praised for its IT systems, which exceed the standards required and in which a paperless, ‘live’ system controls, monitors and reports on all the quality systems, from the booking-in of raw materials through to the dispatch of finished pet food.
