Master-Zoo recently opened another store in Kiev that manifests an entirely new brand identity for the company. "We changed the identity, the brand writing, the corporate colours, the logo and the slogan," recounts CEO Polina Kosharna. "The new logo is a stylised image of the head of a pet and can be found everywhere in the store and outside." She says that the new image reflects the company's understanding of the requirements of customers and their pets.

Focus on animals

On the first floor of the new store, food and accessories for dogs and cats feature alongside clothing and an opportunity for selfies with pets. The ground floor is devoted to birds, aquariums, terrariums and a grooming salon, which provides professional care, coat trimming, and recommendations for independent care.
The price policy of the new pet store does not differ from other chain stores. There are special club prices for participants of the loyalty programme, which now numbers more than 80 000 people. In the first three days following the opening, 500 paying customers were counted. "We are very happy to receive lots of positive feedback from our customers, all visitors are happy with the changes," added Polina Kosharna.
She has announced three more new openings this year, while another five locations will be converted to the new format.
