Pet Head acquired by The Company of Animals

The Company of Animals has announced that it has acquired the worldwide brand, product and distribution rights for the Pet Head brand from Pet Head Inc. The two companies have shared a close relationship for nearly a decade and will now be combining their product lines to better cater to pet owners and industry professionals.
"Pet Head is one of the most recognised pet grooming brands in the world, synonymous with high-quality shampoos and loved by pet owners and grooming professionals alike," said Dr Roger Mugford, founder of The Company of Animals. "We are excited to be taking over ownership and US distribution of the brand and look forward to bringing new innovation into the pet grooming category."
