Musti ja Mirri: Great Place to Work 2016

The North European EQT-owned pet speciality retail group Musti ja Mirri has been ranked in first place in the prestigious list Great Place to Work 2016 (Big Companies category) in Finland.
In the ranking, a few qualities stood out: excellent camaraderie, friendly working environment and a clear shared goal that creates a special meaning for the staff. "An employer can provide an environment that supports employee satisfaction, however, in the end it is always about the people. It requires willingness and determination to create a good workplace," explained CEO Mika Sutinen during the award gala in Helsinki.
