WellPet acquires Sojos

The independent, family-owned US natural pet food company WellPet has acquired Sojos, the manufacturer of naturally nutritious raw pet food and gourmet treats that are sold under the brand of the same name. Sojos foods and treats will continue to be made in Minneapolis at the company’s own facilities.
Together, WellPet’s brands have more than 100 years’ experience of serving pets with high-quality pet food products. Sojos is one of the leading brands in the category of raw nutrition for pets.
