The pet food supplier Healthfood 24 ("Wolfsblut") is winner of the pet Suppliers' Award. This was revealed at the Pet Conference yesterday evening following the first day of the conference. Royal Canin took second place, followed by JR Farm.
The pet Retail Award went to Zoo & Co., which was also the winner two years ago. The pet supplies franchise system belonging to Sagaflor was just out in front of Kölle Zoo and Fressnapf.
Zooplus AG also kept its hold on the pet Online Retail Award, with Fressnapf.de as runner-up and Futterplatz.de in third place.
The recipients of the three industry awards were chosen on the basis of a consumer survey run by the market research company Konzept & Markt in collaboration with the trade magazine pet. In the survey, 2 000 shoppers for pet products chosen as a representative sample were asked about their buying habits and preferred retailers as well as what brands they bought.
