In the first six months of 2015, the Fressnapf Group increased its sales by 9 per cent and is thus slightly ahead of its target, according to the company. Without giving any specific figures, the pet supplies chain stressed that it had grown further in Germany compared with the previous year. It expects to be able to post growth disproportionate to the German market once again this year. Outside Germany Fressnapf reported very good progress in Italy, France and Poland in particular.
