Impact Exhibition also succeeded in attracting company representatives to the show for whom pet products did not constitute the core business. “A growing number of garden centres attended the show with their pet department buyers keen to discover what’s new on the market.”
Visitors were able to judge the latest products for themselves on the stands of around 140 exhibitors, 30 of whom were attending PATS for the first time this year. Another highlight of the fair was the New Product Showcase, which displayed the most innovative products. Winners here included the companies Cambrian Petfoods and Kong in the dog category and Beco Pets in the cat category.
