Torsten Toeller intends to develop Fressnapf into a genuine cross-channel retailer in the future. “By switching over to SAP and Hybris and with the changeover in our fulfilment service provider, we have deliberately accepted a slower growth rate,” says the Fressnapf boss in an interview with the German trade magazine pet. The goal this year had been to create the processes and IT solutions for a scalable online and cross-channel platform.
