Company says the costs arising due to the bilingual packaging requirements are too high

Natura Pet Products has decided to cease sales of its products to Canada, citing the country’s bilingual packaging requirements as the reason. According to Procter & Gamble Canada, the changes that had to be made to the packaging generated excessive costs. Goods already supplied to Canada can still be sold, but new products can no longer be ordered. In Canada all products have to be labelled in English and French.
