Dehner expands its multichannel offering

The German garden centre operator Dehner has expanded its multichannel offering in some stores with the new “Click & Collect” service. Customers can pre-order 20 000 products for the home, garden and pets in the online store and then collect their purchases from their local store four hours later, according to the company. The first participating stores include the garden centres in Augsburg, Ingolstadt, Germering and in Rain. Dehner says that other outlets will follow in the course of the year.
