Pet Brands sues Wilkinson

The UK-based licensed and branded pet accessories manufacturer Pet Brands has taken formal legal action against major British retail chain Wilkinson for infringement of its fully patented Christmas Rawhide Cracker. Director Sunny Sharma commented “We are a business that prides itself on UK-based product development and we work hard to design, innovate and patent our products to give us a point of difference in the market place. We were very disappointed that Wilkinson didn’t contact us directly to order our Rawhide Cracker and now we have had no choice but to take this action.”
