Siemer Enterprises acquired

The Prince Corporation has acquired Siemer Enterprises, a Midwest wholesale manufacturing distributor of lawn and garden, seed, greenhouse grower and pet products. Siemer Enterprises will continue to operate under the Siemer name. The company will also continue to be led by president Joe Siemer, according to the company. The two companies say that the merger will now enable them to supply customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kanas and Kentucky.
